At Evolve Gaming PC, we want to ensure your hardware meets your performance expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your build, you may return or exchange your system within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our technical support team through the Returns Portal with your order number and a brief explanation for the return or exchange.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the PC in its original internal foam and double-box packaging to prevent hardware damage during transit; include all original cables and accessories.

• 3.
  Shipping and Inspection

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label and drop the unit at any authorized carrier location for transit to our quality assurance facility for a full diagnostic check.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our technicians verify the system's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
